To run the script only when needed, comment out line 47 to 51 and uncomment line 53, and add to cron or whatever. To keep the process in the background, just run the current script which would call DoAction at 0:15 UTC and download the most upvoted post flaired with "Photo Mode" Replace the credentials for the accounts on reddit and twitter.
