Requirements

opencv>=3.1.0

Recommand Install Methods(for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS)

  1. Install Anaconda https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/install/

  2. Install Opencv by conda

    conda install -c menpo opencv

Usage

  1. make
  2. ./rgb2yuv video_file

Comments

The yuv format is set as YV12. If you want others, it is to hack the code.
