BostonEvents

This application provides a CLI that allows you to view current events (stage, music, art, etc.) going on in the Boston area, as identified by the ArtsBoston website (http://calendar.artsboston.org/). A link is provided (when available) to the event's page on www.Bostix.org, which offers tickets at discounted prices.

Installation

To install this gem, fork and clone the github repo here: https://github.com/lizbur10/boston-events-cli-app

Usage

Type ./bin/boston_events to run the app. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
