The app is a simple 2D maze game. User has to guide Pony to the exit cell and avoid the angry Domokun (monster) using arrow keys. When it's too difficult to find the right way, click 'Show Hint' button, and the shortest route will be highlighted. Inspired by Trustpilot. Powered by Pony Challenge API. You may check Live demo and save your Pony!

Important: at the moment you can play this game on a desktop computer only. Mobile version is not available. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Getting Started

The javascript solution is created with React.js, and create-react-app package in particular.

Prerequisites

You will need Node.js, React.js and npm installed on your machine.

Installing

  • Download the project to your machine.
  • Open project folder
cd /path-to-project/pony-challenge
  • Install node modules
npm install
  • Run dev server and compile code:
npm start
