FloatOnKeyboardLayout is a ViewGroup that auto push up when soft keyboard popups. Only one simple class, not dependency other libs

软键盘弹起始终不会覆盖指定的View，这个View通过设置anchor来指定。如果不设置anchor，那么整个屏幕会被软键盘顶上去。
