Generating a standardized reproducibility workflow with templates for analytical projects
bash code for initiating git commands:
- navigate to folder that hosts repository using cd or cd.. and pwd to print your working directory
- git config --global user.name 'yourusername'
- git config --global user.email 'youremail'
- git config --global --list
- git clone 'pathtoGitrepository'
- ls -al ~/.ssh
- git status
- git add .
- git commit -m "description of your update"
- git push
- git pull
