Long read support please?

I am doing shotgun metagenome on ONT, assembling using metaFlye. Usually to access all sorts of microbes in the sample, the extraction method is rigorous that it would shear the gDNA, even with long reads, you would produce fragmented MAGs, maybe less 100 contigs per MAG. Jorg would be great if it is possible to complete the MAG with existing data.

It has a similar method as Jorg for long read metagenomes. We currently
aren’t planning on turning this into a tool, but you can see the programs
needed and try it on your own.
