Playtesting - entering the correct safe code doesn't open the safe's inventory automatically, instead the screen stays at rotary lock screen

to replicate:

open rotary lock UI
enter the correct code
the inventory of the safe does not open automatically, you have to press ESC to back up and open the inventory manually

Slot 10 is at Tenement B, I don't think there's anything at Tenement A, but perhaps the bug occurs when you load in for the first time in that session on Tenement A?

Another possible cause is the A7 or A1 safes being unlocked from the start
