Is the matchbox is missing uses? Can I get a save where this happened?

this bug seems to have fixed itself in the recent update, but the original issue was that when smoking the matchbox charges wouldn't go down when useing a ciggy

I'm having the same issue right now I thought the lighter had infinite use but even without lighter or matches I can still light up cigarettes
