Four commands are available in the slackbot app:
/list-tickets
, which takes five arguments, recent, open, pending, solved and new,e.g. /list-tickets open, shows you the list of open tickets/list-tickets-by-tags
, this helps you sort out tickets according to tags that have been attached the tickets, it takes any of the known tags as an argument, e.g./list-tickets-by-tags shopify/count-tickets
, this shows the total nuber of tickets opened and the total nmber of solved tickets within the calender week/count-users
, this shows you the total number of users on the kudobuz app and the total number of paying users
