Creates a constinuous vertical slider with color customizations.
- Fixed issue where default value was not been sent back to Streamlit
- Refactor label into a tooltip reducing the width of the widget by 30%
- Adjusted default size of track, rail and thumb to match Streamlit's native slider.
- Slider Color can now be a tuple in order to create a gradient.
- Matched the label style to native Streamlit slider label.
