droplet_image_analysis
This LabVIEW code analyses AVI video files by binarizing each frame and picking out a droplet using a pixel intensity threshold. Analysis of this shape results in output data such as aspect ratio, volume, contact angle and surface area with time.
HFRI_lab_software
This LabVIEW code controls the high frame rate imaging lab experiment. It communicates with a DAQ card which controls the microdroplet dispenser and camera trigger, which in turn controls the LED. The software also controls the movement of the motorized translation stage.
