From an archinstall minimal:
Install Paru
sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel
git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/paru.git
cd paru
makepkg -si
paru -S paruz fzf
modify Pacman.conf

Install ChaoticAur

reboot, launch hyprland
configure Pacman.conf to use Aria2

configure .config/hypr/hyprland.conf with
exec-once = rofi-polkit-agent
reboot and launch thunar+vivaldi to copy configs.
Install oh-my-zsh

Install powerlevel10k
git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/romkatv/powerlevel10k.git ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-$HOME/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/themes/powerlevel10k
reboot. with polkit now active, use vivaldi and thunar to finish the job.
