#Doggy Meetups
- Description: Doggy Meetups is a way for users to look for Meetups for their pups to join and also create Meetups for other pups to join.

- Public users can see Meetups on home page but cannot access Meetup show, dog show or create Meetups unless logged in
- Logged in users can add their dogs to their profile and add their dogs to Meetups
- Logged in users can create Meetups
