Facing Covid 19, is there a risk of declination in some part of the world ?

Although the virus is not deadly enough to cause the decline of an entire population, we are going to imagine the opposite situation and try to reveal which countries would see their population decline faster because of a lower reproduction rate and a virus doing much more damages.
