Portfolio Rails Tutorial

##Setup/Installation

  1. visit https://github.com/lucaskeys/portfolio-release to clone repo to desktop
  2. cd into portfolio-release
  3. Run bundle install
  4. Run Postgres and Psql
  5. rails db:create
  6. rails db:migrate
  7. rails db:test:prepare
  8. Run rails db:seed to populate database
  9. Run rails server using rails s
  10. visit localhost:3000
