Version

1)v1.0.0 CalendarView,CalendarDialog use different adapter.

2)v1.0.1 CalendarDialog remove the adapter,direct use CalendarView,it makes more simple. CalendarView just set android:layout_width="match_parent" android:layout_height="wrap_content".
