Error when deploying

When using npm run deploy I receive the error
The serverless deployment bucket "chromda-dev-serverlessdeploymentbucket-xs9t4b58553s" does not exist. Create it manually if you want to reuse the CloudFormation stack "chromda-dev", or delete the stack if it is no longer required.
The bucket can not be created manually. Could you possibly assist?
