use battleschool to set up my development environment

This repo is used by battleschool.

1. Install battleschool, following the installation instructions.

2. Configure the workstation. E.g., for a Mac:

    battle --config-file https://github.com/lukeorland/battleschool-myenv/blob/master/config-mac.yml
