A wrapper class that connects to Plays LTC (recording module for Plays.tv or RePlays client) written in C#.

Purpose
This will make it possible to use the recording functions of Plays in various applications using C#. For example, it can be used to create a recording interface with C# Windows Forms. (much more memory efficient than Electron.js!!!)
