A simple wrapper around OpenNI 2.2 and NiTE 2.0. Mainly for use in ofxReprojection. Implements similar functionality as ofxKinect.

- Implements ofxBase3DVideo to allow for backend switching between OpenNI and libfreenect (by using ofxKinect).
