NASA's Science Mission Directorate has released the 2016 solicitation for Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Science (ROSES). Included in the solicitation for research proposals is an opportunity supported by the NASA Advanced Information Systems Technology (AIST) program.
This repository contains code and other documents developed in preparation for an 'AIST16' proposal (due Feb 16, 2017). The Advanced Pheno-climatic Information System is a data-centric proposal to AIST program. Solicitation documents can be found here.
