PCNet

  1. This is the official implementation of PCNet.
  2. Thanks to the work of SINet-V2 ,clDice and signatory.
  3. Some of the required libraries are listed in "requirements.txt".
  4. You can modify "config.yaml" to change the hyper-parameters.
  5. Run "python main.py" to start the training and evaluation.
  6. The SLS dataset can be found at here.
