how to train a behavior?

sorry to bother, but I didn't find Run_Tests.py file in the project follow the steps in Section 10.1 given in the tutorial.
So how can I train a behavior in the project?

Thanks for pointing that out! It was a mistake in the documentation, Run_Tests.py should actually be Run_Utils.py. The documentation is now fixed.
