SPM realignment parameters

Hi,
Thanks so much for your previous quick response. As advised, I brought my pre-processed functional .nii into MNI space using FLIRT. However, I am now running into an error when the script attempts to utilize the realignment parameters from the realignment I did in SPM- I think this may be due to the different format of the parameter file resulting from SPM vs FSL, and wondered if there was a way to re-format the file so that the script can read it (or if you think this error i
s related to another issue) ?
Thanks,
Hailey

Hi Maarten,
I tried two ways-
first with the original .nii and an -affmat that was generated from FLIRT
when I did a transformation for my data into MNI152. This generated the
error with the parameters file- in your example there the .par file, but
using SPM it looks like rp_(subject).txt.
I also tried the example you gave above (using the transformed .nii), but
got this other error (screenshot attached), which indicated to me that the
previous way I tried to run it actually got further along in the script.
Thanks for your help,
Hailey

Hi Hailey,
how did you call ICA-AROMA, as in did you see the section in the manual
that instructs on how to run AROMA in case your data is in FSL MNI152 space?
