Holes in Mask

Hello, I have successfully run ICA-AROMA on a group of participants, however some of them have large holes in the mask resulting in complete loss of signal in the denoised data. Could anybody assist with how to fix this issue? have attached two screenshots of the output. Many thanks in advance!
