The process if getting killed at denoising

I am not getting the cleaned output image. ICA AROMA has genertaed all the other intermediate files but the denoised cleaned image is not present. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

hmm, this is related to running fsl_regfilt and is an error from fsl_regfilt (not AROMA). Do you have enough compute resources available, ie., can yuo check whether the process is running out of memory?

Would you be able to run the fsl_regfilt command manually? Check the denoising function in ICA_AROMA_functions.py
