First of all you need to install cromedriver and place it inside 'C:\Program Files (x86)' (or wherever you want).
Then you need to create env.txt file and in there enter your email and password.
Your can search for hashtag you are looking for by changing variable 'tag'.
And also you can add your own comments by changing 'comments' list.
