Error when running notebook: No module named 'kfp_notebook'

Describe the bug
Deploy the latest MLX API on top of Kubeflow and run any notebook. The above module is missing. Did Elyra updated something to the kfp_notebook module?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

/assign @ckadner, we should lock the kfp-notebook version so it won't break upstream.
