Feat: Support to output multiple output formats when using hmmratac mode

Hello,

Thank you for adding additional parameters in hmmratac in the new version.

Could you please add multiple output formats files when using macs3 hmmratac mode

1. peaks in bed or bedgraph output format would be good for downstream analysis since many tools either narrow peaks file , BED file or BEDgraph as input.

2. summits.bed based on https://github.com/LiuLabUB/HMMRATAC/blob/master/HMMRATAC_Guide.md#output-files since the summits tend to be better indicative of TF binding as opposed to peak centers,
