(Regression) Non Fungible tokens transfers not showing correctly on Jakartanet, and when manually adding they show in Fungible token section

Issue #629 is back and the same problem we had on Ithaca last time is now happening on Jakarta

This was the fix hopefully it can get integrated quickly.

Perhaps ghostnet support can be added at the same time to avoid this in the future.
