Themes for tutorweb Plone sites

The "Tutor-Web theme" needs specific navigation portlets.
- Remove the navigation portlet from the left
- Add a "departments" navigation portlet to the right * Start level: 0 * Navigation tree depth: 1
You will also need to create a "banner-slider" page at the root, this should contain:
- A background image within a "pull quote"
- Below this, your text. This will sit above the background image.
