bubble_sort

Bubble sort is a simple sorting algorithm that repeatedly steps through the list, compares adjacent elements, and swaps them if they are in the wrong order. The pass through the list is repeated until the list is sorted.

This is a tic-tac-toe game that two players can play. The winner is the one who first aligns their marker on three subsequent cells (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). After cells are exhausted, and there is no winner it is a tie.
