Quality selector plugin to MediaElement.js
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'mediaelement-qualityselector'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install mediaelement-qualityselector
To install outside of ruby, copy the javascript, css, and image files out of app/assets.
