jBooklet Plugin

Booklet is a jQuery tool for displaying content on the web in a flipbook layout. This is a very stripped down version of plugin-based http://builtbywill.com/code/booklet/. This plugin works in ~7 times faster that previously, especially for text-book with a lot of pages and text contents.
