This is a pull from https://github.com/GhzGarage/mdt I made some minors changes, the ghmattimysql has been converted to oxmysql v 1.2,. I added it so when searching a person you will weapons licenses as well, also when putting in reports it will show a recommended sentence time.

This is a pull from Kakarots MDT. I made some minor changes including converting ghmattimysql to oxmysql. I also made it so when searching a persons name in the MDT you will see their weapons licenses as well as when you are typing out reports it will show a recommended sentence time.
