3-wire optical endstops

Can't figure out how to connect these optical endstops. It outputs H / 1 / power voltage, when triggered.
First of all I'm interested where could I pick up 3v3 to power up an endstop?
Will it work if I just connect S(ignal) wire to J11's pin 1 and disable pull-up for PC6?
