Allows a person to parse the export files of fastnotepad parser and populate a sqlite database with the results.

So I see no reason to overcomplicate reading an ancient format by creating a huge ecosystem of readers that accept a million plugins and made this simple library instead. Legwork of a larger project. Enjoy something that just functions. Heh.
