This is a fork of Microsoft's Windows File Manager. It is a repository to hold changes that can be combined into a single build where the changes may not be welcomed upstream.
Currently this code compiles with Visual C++ 2003 and newer, and supports executing on Windows 2000 and above. This is chosen as previous versions already distributed a version of File Manager. For the best experience, compiling with Visual C++ 2008 is recommended, which supports multi-language binaries that can execute (in a single language) on 2000.
