Change LongitudinalLLB.C to include temperature dependence to the |m|=1 constraint

I assume that (_temp1-1.0) in computeQpResidual() could be (_temp1-f(T)) where f(T) is a quadratic function varies from 1.0 to 0.0 from T = 0 to a user defined Néel temperature. Accordingly, the jacobian entries in the file will need to change.

Will need to test.
