Over-representational-analysis
Simple script for Over representational analysis. It consists of two files. a) hypergeometric.py file contains functions to get Universe size and to do simple enrichment. b) Enrich.py gets information from user for input to do simple over-representational analysis. c) c2.all.v5.1.entrez.gmt and c2.all.v5.1.symbols.gmt are database file used to do analysis. MsigDb provides pathway database.
Hypergeometric test is performed using SciPy package in python.Script will work for any number of databases which are in same path and same format (gmt format). Python version -- 2.7
