Harvey Balls are commonly used in comparison tables to indicate the degree to which a particular item meets a particular criterion. They have been traditionally used the digital world as SVG and Custom Font formats. Refer the Wikipedia Article on Harvey Balls (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvey_Balls) to know more. For sheer geekiness sake, I implemented them using pure CSS.
