leading blank rows in csv files

Is there any way to tell this plugin to ignore the first lines of a CSV?
Trying to Parse a csv with blank rows I get parsing errors
Because I get these files from an external third party url, I can't modify them at their source.
Perhaps adding an extra option "ignorerows=#" could be usefull.
