When using verkko（verkko bioconda 1.4.1）, I encountered an error while aligning in the third step,, with the following error message:
MissingOutputException in rule indexGraph in file /public/home/soft/anaconda3/envs/verkko/lib/verkko/Snakefiles/3-alignONT.sm, line 24:
Job 23 completed successfully, but some output files are missing. Missing files after 2 seconds. This might be due to filesystem latency. If that is the case, consider to increase the wait time with --latency-wait:
3-align/graph.index
Exiting because a job execution failed. Look above for error message

What is in the index.err file in that same 3-align folder?
