Separate editing and selection of current question

Currently the current question is chosen in the editor (at http:<host>/<domain>/edit) which means that the current questions is changed when a question is edited. Instead a new view (suggested as (athttp://question) should be implemented that simply allows to chose the current questions and keep it independent of the currently edited question.
