Steps for getting started on OSX/linux
1. Install node and npm.
2. Verify node and nom are installed by typing "npm -v" and "node -v" into the command line.
3. Version numbers should appear for the previous commands if node was installed properly.
4. Open the terminal and browse to the root directory containing server.js
5. Type in the command "npm install" to install the packages from the .json file
6. Set the two environment variables (process.env.STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY, process.env.STRIPE_SECRET_KEY)
6a. create a .env file

7. Type "npm start" into the terminal after the packages are installed to run the server
8. Open your browser
9. Type http://localhost:4567/ into the address bar
