Health app for Android, based on the Open Source Project of 21 Points.
Connected to the 21Points server, it allows you to login and register. Once inside the app, you can add points, update your blood stats and track your weight, always seeing a graph on your historic data. Lastly, you can set a goal of the points you want to reach.
