Properati is a real estate portal born in Argentina in 2012. Currently over 3 million people visit Properati every month in Latam, browsing over 2.1 million properties in stock.
By using their public datasets, this repository contains different prediction algorithms that calculate the selling price of properties in Buenos Aires City.
To define what variables have a greater influence on the calculation, an Exploratory Data Analysis was made and it can be found here.
