Better single select drop-down for fields with options

This is a subsequent request of #666 and #486, calling for enhancement on single select drop-down.
Why is this needed?
The drop-down is now an auto-complete, indicating that, if users want to modify a cell with existing value, the dropdown will show nothing unless the content is cleared, because there would be no better match. To allow faster switching, the single select dropdown should keep the option order, and only move focus to the best match.
Rich text in dropdown can decorate options.
