Population_density-range_size
in this project I studied the relationship between species local population density and its range size. For population density, I used data collected from the literature. For range size, I used spatial data from BirdLife, IUCN red list, and GARD projects for digital mapping of species distribution. I analysed the data using linear models and PGLS, and AIC for model selection. Plots were produced with ggplot2. All the analyses and visualisations were done in R.
